Worth mentioning

  • If you are pregnant

    Plenty is still open to you — the ubtan facial, aloe and rose hydration, herbal steam and most of our nail and hair work. We avoid radio frequency, microcurrent, chemical peels and certain essential oils, and we would rather plan around it from the start.

  • If it is your first colour with us

    Say so, and we will get the patch test in forty-eight hours ahead of the appointment rather than on the day.

  • If you are asking about bridal

    Give us the wedding date. Three months is where the skin and hair work actually changes something; a month is workable; a week means we point you at the short package instead.

  • If something has reacted on you before

    Tell us what and when. It changes which formulations we reach for, and it is easier to know now than halfway through.

On the day

The skin reading comes first

Every first visit for skin starts with a reading — magnified, with hydration and pigment mapped. It takes about twenty-five minutes, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is also where we tell you if the treatment you came in for is the wrong one for your skin, and what to do instead.

Colour needs a patch test, always

First-time colour needs a patch test forty-eight hours ahead. It takes five minutes and we do not charge for it. We will not skip it, even the week before a wedding, so build those two days into your plan.

Twenty-four hours to cancel

Give us a day's notice on a regular appointment and there is nothing to pay. Bridal works differently: the deposit holds your date and is non-refundable inside four weeks, because at that point the slot stops being sellable.
